The Spanish factoring association, AEF, has released figures for the first nine months of 2011. During the first nine months of 2011, the Spanish factoring industry achieved turnover of €89.7 billion, which represents an 11.14 per cent increase compared to the same period in 2010.

BBVA and the Bilbao Chamber of Commerce have signed an agreement to bring financing to the SME sector through a funding package of 1.2 billion for working capital and investment projects.
