A Salonic Stock Exchange proposal offers greater encouragement to Romanian small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through a newly signed agreement with the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“A new market will be created and start-up companies, with a serious business plan and high potential, can thus get financial support for developing and operating their businesses,” said Stere Farmache, general director of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The Salonic Stock Exchange will provide technical assistance necessary for elaborating the specific rules and for implementing the new market segment.
The agreement also specifies training and assistance programmes for brokers and issuers as well as for the Bucharest Stock Exchange staff.
