The Lithuanian Bank Siauliu Bankas and the Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) have signed an agreement for a €2.5m credit line to finance small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s). In its third credit line with CEB, Siauliu Bankas will issue five-year loans of up to €100,000. Previously it has financed 82 projects and provided €2.4m in loans under joint agreements with CEB.  According to Donatas Morkunas, deputy Board chairman of Siauliu Bankas, borrowers will include SME’s that finance investment projects.  Up to 30 per cent of the loan can be provided as working capital, based on the merits of an individual case.  Source: Verslo Zinios
