Irish Government confirms the extension of €2bn Credit Guarantee Scheme


The Government has confirmed that it will extend the €2bn Credit Guarantee Scheme until the end of the year.

The scheme , which is the biggest ever state-backed loan guarantee in Ireland, offers 80% Government guarantee to joining lenders in order to support Irish companies with the needed finance .
