Crédit Agricole CIB appoints Yves-Marie Gayet as Global Head of International Trade and Transaction Banking


Crédit Agricole CIB has appointed Yves-Marie Gayet as Global Head of International Trade and Transaction Banking as of September 18, 2023. He replaces Laurent Chenain, who was appointed Head of the Corporate & Leveraged Finance department at the beginning of June. Yves-Marie Gayet reports to JeanFrançois Balaÿ, Deputy Managing Director of Crédit Agricole CIB, and joins the Bank's Management Committee.

Yves-Marie has been with Crédit Agricole CIB since 2019 and brings over 25 years of experience within the banking industry. His previous positions with the bank include Senior Country Officer for Brazil, and  Head of Latin America.
