Changes in Hungary’s venture capital scene


The president of the Hungarian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HVCA) Juliбn Tzvetkov, says he expects fundamental changes in the venture capital scene and the way it is regulated.

New rules will bring new sources of development capital for early-stage companies. The industry has gone through changes in 2003, despite the fact that this year’s total volume of venture capital investments is expected to be similar to last year’s Ђ127 million. According to surveys, the scene has become polarised.
