Access Bank’s expands to support trade finance in Africa
Access Bank Plc entered into a definitive agreement with ABC Holdings Limited to acquire 78.15 per cent shareholding of the African Banking Corporation of Botswana Limited (BancABC Botswana). The transaction is expected to close before the end of this quarter and is subject to regulatory approvals.
