^{Stella Cramer is a technology and innovation lawyer based in Singapore. She is global co-head of technology and also co-leads the intellectual property and technology practice for Europe, the Middle East and Asia and the FinTech practice for South East Asia.}

^{Stella has extensive experience in complex, digital and transformational technology and commercial transactions, outsourcings, related regulatory issues and global compliance programs for global financial institutions and major corporates across all industry sectors in the region, including disruptive technologies such as AI and blockchain. She has acted for clients on significant FinTech projects, including the set-up of industry sandboxes. She also leads cyber and data breach issues for clients, co-ordinating the management of the breach and regulatory investigations across multiple jurisdictions.}
