Managing Director, Capital Solutions Group, HSBC Global Asset Management

Paul Henriot is a Managing Director in the Capital Solutions Group within HSBC Asset Management in London, having previously been responsible for Pension Fund and SWF coverage within HSBC’s Private Capital Group. Paul was also in charge of the Capital Raise initiative, looking to structure and raise hybrid financing structures in dislocated market conditions. 

Within CSG, Paul has led the development of several structured Private Credit strategies and initiatives, covering Direct Lending and Asset Backed financing Funds. He is active across various aspects of the investment lifecycle of Capital Solutions Group strategies, including scoping, structuring, fund-raising and deployment. 

Paul has c.20 years of financial markets experience across M&A Advisory, LBO financing, Capital Markets and Principal Investments.
