The AR Factor - the impact of receivables finance on the French economy

In the second of a series of five articles BCR Factorscan publishes extracts from GE Capital's the AR Factor, in this case for the French economy.
 
These extracts highlight the forecast growth of GDP and employment depending on whether receivables finance remains at the same level of uptake or increases penetration whilst also considering what would happen if the contribution of receivables finance to the economy was removed.

French factoring posts 13.9 per cent growth

Although the growth rate of the factoring market was slower in 2011, the industry managed to show a double digit growth, according to the French Association of Financial Companies.
