The Dutch economy bounced back shortly after the COVID-19 crisis in early 2022, but the war in Ukraine caused disruptions in the economy again, including extra pressure on inflation, said Rudy Plugers, Head of Risk, Bibby Financial Services B.V. in his article on factoring market analysis included in the most recent edition of the World Factoring Yearbook.
