New chairman for Toprak Factoring AS


Mr. Tuluy Uluрtekin, formerly of the Saving Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF), has been appointed chairman of the Board of Directors at Toprak Factoring AS. SDIF is the new share holder in Toprakbank

Mr. Uluрtekin retired from Tьrkiye Garanti Bankasэ A.Ю.in 1997 where he was assistant general manager responsible for the Legal and Inspection Department and has served as a member of the Boards of Yaюarbank, ToprakBank and Tariюbank A.Ю.
