Jyske Bank Acquires GE’s share of Nordisk Factoring
According to Nordisk Factoring's website www.nordiskfactoring.dk Jyske Bank on 6th August aquired GE's 50% share of the company.
Nordisk Factoring is one of the four dominant factoring companies in Denmark. In the year 2000 the company held 16% of the market share of factoring volume.
