GE Commercial Finance Corporate Lending announced it has provided a US$30m senior secured credit facility to western wear manufacturer and distributor Arena Brands, Inc. The financing replaces an existing facility previously arranged by GE Commercial Finance.
GE Commercial Finance is the sole lead arranger, agent and a lender for the transaction and will hold half the facility.
Headquartered in Garland, Texas, Arena Brands is a privately held manufacturer and distributor of premium quality western and casual wear. The company's subsidiaries include RHE Hatco, Inc., which specialises in western hats such as Stetson, Resistol, and Charlie 1 Horse, and Lucchese, Inc., a producer of well-known boots of the same name.
