FRP has announced the acquisition of the commercial finance and risk management specialist Hilton-Baird Group, as the company continues to expand its support for clients nationally.
Southampton-headquartered Hilton-Baird provides commercial finance and credit insurance brokerage, outsourced risk and receivables audit, as well as credit management and commercial debt collection services to a national client base.
Established in 1997, Hilton-Baird’s clients include independent lenders, banks, SME and corporate businesses as well as insolvency practitioners from across the UK and Europe. The deal will generate significant additional value across FRP's corporate finance, restructuring and financial advisory practices, with the two businesses having developed shared relationships with a number of key clients, most notably asset-based lenders (ABLs).
