Ebury targets private markets with new treasury and FX partnership

Ebury has partnered with the Global Emerging Manager Institute (Global EMI) to expand its treasury, FX and cash management offering to private market investors across the UK and Gulf region.

The collaboration will see Ebury Institutional Solutions provide fund managers and independent sponsors with access to integrated financial infrastructure, including transactional accounts, foreign exchange and escrow services.

The partnership focuses on supporting emerging managers operating across increasingly complex cross-border investment structures, where access to efficient cash management and FX solutions is critical.

The move reflects growing demand for institutional-grade treasury and working capital solutions in private markets, as capital flows become more global and operational complexity increases.

While not a direct financing transaction, the partnership highlights how service providers are expanding capabilities to support liquidity management and cross-border execution for investment firms.
