Credit Lyonnais Commercial Finance Becomes Eurofactor (UK) Ltd


As of today, the company formally known as Credit Lyonnais Commercial Finance Ltd will be known as Eurofactor (UK) Ltd.

Reflecting changes in France (as reported on 14 March 2000), the company’s previous shareholder, Credit Lyonnais, has entered into a European factoring and discounting joint venture with the credit insurer, Euler Group.

The merger of the respective factoring and discounting businesses of Euler (SFF) and Credit Lyonnais (SLIFAC) in France into Eurofactor led to the creation of France’s largest factoring company. It is claimed that the development of Eurofactor (UK) will make the Eurofactor group the largest integrated factoring and discounting group in Europe.
