Marc Auboin Counsellor, Economic Research and Statistics Division, World Trade Organization Marc Auboin is a Counsellor in the Economic Research and Statistics Division of the WTO, responsible for work on trade and finance, and for WTO relations with the IMF and World Bank. Previously, Marc held several positions at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), was Deputy-Secretary General of the Monetary Committee of the European Union, and worked for the French Treasury. Marc holds a PhD in Economics from Sciences-Po Paris, and was a Research Fellow at the London School of Economics and Yale University.
