Michael brings two decades of international invoice finance and lending technology experience. His career spans both established financial institutions and fintech disruptors, including senior roles at Lloyds, Bibby Financial Services, and Growth Street.

Before joining Dancerace, Michael was CCO at Blackstar Capital, where he shaped the firm’s commercial strategy across international embedded finance markets. Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at Equiniti, overseeing the Riskfactor and KYC solutions teams. Michael’s leadership was key in driving growth and aligning innovative products with the evolving needs of financial services clients.

At Dancerace, Michael plays a pivotal role in accelerating the company’s expansion and strengthening its position as a leading banking technology provider. His focus on customer value, innovation and user experience supports Dancerace’s mission to modernise working capital finance for lenders and their clients around the world.
