Director, Product and Innovation, Natwest (Voltron)

Andrew enjoys understanding and using new and emerging technology. He has held various positions with leading global organizations in roles ranging from Product Development, Innovation and Sales. He started up his own company in Australia that tokenised financial assets and is now working for the RBS Group’s NatWest business as the Director of Product and Innovation. Andrew leads the innovation agenda for Working Capital and Trade, focusing on new technologies including blockchain and digitalisation. Designing new products and solutions based on emerging technologies to meet customer needs and responding to competitive threats or new entrants. Andrew acts as an industry innovator in new technologies; representing and negotiating NatWest’s position at a senior level in industry groups, consortiums and with FinTechs.
