Xiaojing Zhao is a consultant with over 10 years of expertise in AI, Data Analytics, and Blockchain, combining deep technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Previously working as a manager at PwC GmbH (currently on parental leave), she has supported several banks, asset and wealth management firms, and central banks in their transformation journeys, focusing on modernizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving innovation. Her contributions span strategy development, meticulous planning, and the implementation of technically robust solutions. In 2023-2024, she also serves as a mentor in the DLT Talents program, sharing her knowledge and experience to support the next generation of blockchain professionals.
