^{Sophie has more than 15 years of banking experience working for various global financial institutions in Corporate Banking, FIs and Trade Finance businesses across different geographies such as China, Macau, Hong Kong and Singapore. She is currently responsible for the growth strategy for trade finance origination and distribution at the Bank of China and oversees the entire trade operation that supports the bank’s trade finance business. Sophie is the chairperson for the International Trade and Forfaiting Association’s (ITFA) SEA Regional Committee, and is passionate about sharing her vast experience and best practices in trade finance with the banking community. She earned her Master Degree in International Finance from Sun Yat-sen University and a B.A. Degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.}
