Simon is a Senior Associate specialising in securitisations, structured finance transactions, forward flow/factoring arrangements, asset-backed commercial paper conduits and asset-based lending. Simon has considerable experience advising arrangers, originators and investors on complex cross-border securitisation, both public and private in nature, across the spectrum of asset classes, including trade receivables, lease receivables, telecommunication receivables, corporate and consumer loans (including CBILS, RLS and RLS2), and residential mortgages.
