Shalini is the founding partner of T3i Partner Network –  a network of over 70 trade, treasury and technology professionals advising clients across the globe. Prior to this, she was a transaction banker for over 25 years in Standard Chartered, Citi and ABN AMRO and has worked in UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India and UAE.

In her last banking stint, she was the Trade Finance Chief Operating Officer for Standard Chartered based in Singapore managing over 2500 people across 45 markets.
