Roger Vincent is Co-Founder and Chief Growth Officer at Bourn, where he is helping to rethink how working capital flows to UK SMEs. With over 20 years’ experience across banking, credit risk, and financial services, Roger has spent his career at the intersection of data, regulation,
technology and innovation. Prior to founding Bourn, Roger held roles at Barclays, Lloyds Banking Group, and Equifax, working extensively on SME credit risk, data-driven underwriting, and the adoption of Open Banking. More recently, he was part of the leadership team at Trade Ledger, a leading business lending platform used by global banks to transform complex lending solutions for small &
medium sized businesses. At Bourn, Roger leads growth, partnerships, and market strategy, working closely with banks and non-bank finance providers to deploy the Flexible Trade Account, a modern alternative to the business overdraft. He is a passionate advocate for pragmatic fintech innovation and partnerships that solve real structural problems in SME finance.
