He represents banks, non FI lenders and borrowers across the commodity, manufacturing and trading sectors on a broad range of trade receivables based finance, supply chain and inventory finance arrangements. Robert’s practice covers both UK and cross border financings and he has played a prominent role in the legal advances being made in the reform of English law on electronic trade documents including bills of lading, bills of exchange and promissory notes.
