Paweł Kacprzak

Board Member, BNP Paribas Faktoring Sp. z o.o.

Paweł Kacprzak is involved in factoring market for 25 years. Currently is holding position of board member of BNP Paribas Faktoring Sp. z o.o., second biggest factoring player on Polish market. He is responsible for project/process management, client relationship management and IT.

Over his career, in first stage mainly in sales, he took part in setting up two factoring companies – Forin Sp. z o.o. and Raiffeisen Factoring. He gained market and managerial experience also by taking part in two merger transactions. One was transfer of factoring assets from Raiffeisen Faktoring to Raiffeisen Bank Polska. And second one was acquisition of Raiffeisen Bank Polska by BNP Paribas Bank, what was the cause of transfer of factoring assets and clients to BNP Paribas Faktoring Sp. z o.o.

Currently a member of Executive Community of EUFederation – Factoring and Commercial Finance (Chairman of Economic and Statistic Committee).
