^{Paolo is Director in the EBRD’s SME Finance & Development group. His main responsibilities include new product approvals, fundraising, operations and compliance functions for operations across more than 30 countries. For the past ten years at the EBRD, Paolo has focused on a number of new product launches, including, amongst others, supply chain financing and advisory, social impact bonds, and digital advisory. Prior to joining the EBRD, Paolo worked in the hedge fund, private equity and investment banking industry, focusing mostly on acquisitions and disposals.}
