Neil KerridgeHead of Underwriting & Origination, Wells Fargo Capital FinanceNeil has spent nearly 30 years working in invoice finance and asset-based lending.He worked across various disciplines during 14 years at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, ultimately leading their Structuring & Capital Markets team as ABL syndications developed in the UK and US in the early 2000s. He then spent 5 years at GE Capital arranging UK and cross-border facilities based on US principles, before joining Wells Fargo Capital Finance in 2016. Neil now leads the commercial and diligence teams of Wells Fargo’s Asset-Based Lending group in EMEA, with responsibility for Underwriting, Origination and Audit.
