Neil Hamilton Partner, Mayer Brown Neil Hamilton is a Partner in Mayer Brown’s Structured Finance practice, based in London. Neil acts for arrangers, originators, servicers and investors and has extensive experience in a variety of asset classes, including RMBS, CLOs, CMBS, auto loans and leases, trade receivables and consumer loans. He also advises on structured products such as repackagings, TRS and structured notes. He frequently advises clients in relation to the Securitisation Regulation and other legal and regulatory aspects of securitisation and structured finance transactions.
