^{Nataliia deals with structuring, origination and researching in the field of financial instruments including trade finance and she has deep experience within corporate and consulting management. She is a member of the team for financial reforms in the Ukraine across multiple projects including factoring, receivables financing, promotion export and consulting. Nataliia has a strong focus on increasing access for SMEs to finance, working capital, factoring, SCF and other forms of trading support for open accounts. She has 25 years of experience in corporate financing and consulting. She is Head of the ICC Financial Monitoring in the Ukraine, Deputy Chair and Member of the Advisory Council of ABMD and lecturer at The National Center for the Training of Bank Personnel in Ukraine. Nataliia is a DBA candidate, International Institute of Management, (Kyiv, Ukraine). She previously worked at FVP, UniCredit Group (Ukraine) and was CFO of the Ukraine-Finnish University of Management.}
