Mike Jackson

CEO, Consumer Finance, HomeServe

Mike has over 25 years of experience in creating, leading and transforming retail finance services businesses, both within established corporates and in early-stage ventures. Mike is CEO, Consumer Finance for HomeServe Limited, a leading home services player operating across the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Portugal and Japan. Mike is responsible for all regulated and non-regulated lending activities, with particular focus on financing clean energy residential infrastructure solutions for customers across markets. Prior to HomeServe, Mike was Managing Director for the John Lewis Partnership’s consumer financial services business unit spanning credit cards, POS loans, insurance, foreign exchange and investments. He was also a Non-Executive Board Director for a decade of the John Lewis Partnership £6bn pension scheme. He holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University of London.
