Merisa Lee Gimpel

Head of Supply Chain Finance, Revolut

Merisa Lee Gimpel is a customer-centric innovation and product leader with 19 years of experience in transaction banking. She is currently Head of Supply Chain Finance at Revolut. She has built and led high-performing, diverse and award-winning teams. Prior to Revolut, Merisa held leadership roles at Lloyds Bank in Trade and Working Capital Solution Development. She also spent 12 years at Citi.

Merisa is a working capital, trade finance and international payments practitioner, and champion of human centred design and digital solutions. She has experience with emerging technologies including DLT/blockchain and generative AI. Merisa is a regular public speaker and writer. Merisa holds a Certificate in International Treasury Management (CertITM) and Certificate in International Cash Management (CertICM) from the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), as well as a BSc. (First Class Honours) in Economics from the London School of Economics.
