Massimo Capretta represents banks, insurance companies, asset managers and various private sources of capital across a broad spectrum of domestic and international working capital finance transactions.

Over the last decade, Massimo and his colleagues have been involved in many of the most prominent transactions in the trade finance space in the United States. In recent years, this has included the creation of a number of unique off-balance sheet inventory monetization solutions.

Massimo also has considerable experience advising creditors on workouts and other out-of-court restructurings of troubled credits.
