Independent Consultant and Tutor in trade credit insurance

_{Martin is an independent consultant and tutor in trade credit insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam. In April 1975, he was an account manager for short-term trade credit insurance at NCM, in Amsterdam (now Atradius). From July 1991, he was a member of the Management Team of Short-term Credit department. From 1977 until 1998, he was a member of the Technical Subcommittee for Credit Insurance of ICIA (now ICISA) and was chairman of the committee from 1998 until 2012. In 1998, Martin was country manager in the Netherlands for Allgemeine Kreditversicherung AG. From October 2002, he was director, insurance technique of Coface Nederland before Retiring at the end of October 2012. In 2013 he was editor of the book” An Introduction to Trade Credit insurance” published by ICISA, since 2015 available as “A Guide to Trade Credit Insurance” published by Amazon. From December 2013 until May 2018 Martin was chairman of VVCM, Dutch Association For Credit Management.}
