Its financing offering consists of factoring, confirming and working capital loans, funded by institutional mandates from banks and private credit funds. He joined Novicap in 2021 after 12 years in investing roles in London. Under his leadership the company has grown its financing volumes substantially and reached sustained profitability. Novicap has financed nearly €3 billion to over 12,000 Spanish companies since inception. Before Novicap, Loïs was an Investment Director in The Carlyle Group’s, where he helped build out the Credit Opportunities team, a c.$5 billion mandate investing in highly structured and privately negotiated capital solutions.
