Kate is a Partner in the Structured Finance and Derivatives group in London, where she advises on a range of cash securitisation and structured trade finance transactions (including on off-balance sheet receivables financings, open account trade finance and traditional trade finance structures), with a particular focus distributing trade finance assets through the capital markets. In addition to her transactional work, Kate frequently presents on issues relating to securitisation, structured trade, ESG and the FinTech sector. She is a core member of the firm’s FinTech practice, editing the securitisation chapter of ‘Getting the Deal Through FinTech’
