^{Juliane started her career at Kuraray in 2001 as a member of finance and administration department. At that time Kuraray acquired the PVA/PVB-business from Clariant and she was one of 150 employees starting up the company. Since then she has had helped deliver Kuraray’s steady growth within Europe and was involved in several projects mainly focusing on integrating the new businesses into the existing SAP environment. Until 2008 Juliane was leading the team responsible for profit and loss accounting. In 2016 she was appointed Director for Finance and Accounting.}
