Jon Watts brings deep industry knowledge to his role as Head of Product at Dancerace, following 15 years in invoice finance and risk management technology at Equiniti RiskFactor. Having launched Dancerace’s breakthrough r3 RiskOps system in late 2023, Jon now leads the transformation of their complete, connected lending OS, which is used by 70 banks and lenders worldwide. Jon plays a pivotal role in defining the company’s vision for the future of invoice finance and ABL, and collaborating with academic and industry partners on AI and other forward-facing topics.
