John has worked in Banking and Finance for 38 years years working in businesses of many sizes and with businesses ranging from start up to multinational. 25 of those years have been in Leadership roles where John took a pride in very high engagement scores and reputation for inclusivity. Holding a BSc in psychology and MSc in Occupational Psychology also means that John has a keen insight into how people think and are motivated. Above his motto is that we need to embrace the future and the change ahead, including topics such as neurodiversity more than looking to the past to a time of less understanding.
