Customer Journey Manager, Invoice Finance, ABL and Overdraft Product, NatWest

As Customer Journey Lead, James is responsible for the full end-to-end customer journey for Invoice Finance, ABL and Overdrafts at NatWest. James has worked in and around invoice finance and asset-based lending at NatWest since joining as a graduate in 2011.

James has undertaken various roles across the business including a stint as a Corporate Relationship Director and leading a team of IF Relationship Managers as a Director of Invoice Finance in the South West. Prior to joining the Customer Journey team James took on the role of Sales Director for teams spanning invoice Finance, Trade and Transactional Banking across the South of England.
