Fatma Lotfy

Chairman, EFG Finance; Hermes Factoring

Mrs. Fatma Lotfy has been the chairman of EFG-Hermes Finance holding since 2017, a financial platform including leasing, factoring, consumer finance, insurance, SME and microfinance. Since she began her career, Mrs. Lotfy held senior and key executive positions in the Egyptian financial sector. Namely general manager CIB (Commercial International Bank previously Chase National Bank Egypt), senior general manager EAB (Egyptian American Bank an affiliate of American Express), managing director Alwatany Bank, first deputy chairman and managing director Alexbank (a subsidiary of Intesa San Paolo), managing director and deputy chairman Audi Bank. Mrs. Lotfy is also an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt as well as a member in the Egyptian European Council.
