Evette runs Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions, which specialises in sourcing commercial finance solutions for SMEs and corporates, with a particular focus on invoice finance and asset-based lending.

With expertise spanning operations, credit, risk, underwriting and sales, Evette has worked closely with SMEs, mid-market businesses and lenders both within the UK and overseas. She was instrumental in Hilton-Baird becoming FCA regulated.

Over her 30-year career in lending (IF/ABL) and broking, Evette has played a role in the evolution of the sector and its unique ability to support SMEs and corporates through times of growth but also through more challenging trading conditions. Given she runs the relationships with Hilton-Baird Financial Solutions’ funding partners, as well as working closely with clients seeking funding, she is well-placed to identify where potential exists for further development of the sector’s solutions and services to heighten engagement with prospective clients.
