^{Emilio is a senior trade finance leader with over 25 years’ experience in the banking industry with a strong international background. He is responsible for driving the GTRF business in continental Europe achieving sustainable growth, reducing RWA and increasing returns. He has delivered the transformation of HBCE to the target-state model in the GTRF blueprint hubbed model in Paris supported by shared services. He has improved efficiency and cost reductions through digitalisation, re-platforming, nearshoring and offshoring. He provides support to the CMB and GB coverage teams through the GTRF teams to meet the corporate and commercial customer base needs. He has jointly created with the CEOs of HSBC branches in various countries GTRF teams to support their needs with a focus on retaining talent.}
