Regional Supply Chain Finance Manager, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, EBRD

Elif Nalbantoglu Çelebi is the Regional Supply Chain Finance Manager at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (“EBRD”), based in London. She fulfils this role within the SME Finance and Development department, with the strategic objective of providing financing and advisory support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the EBRD’s countries of operations. Prior to joining the EBRD, Elif was a part of Treasury and Trade Solutions team at Citibank Turkey, where she held various roles including product and sales management of Supply Chain Finance. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey and she is fluent in English and Turkish.
