^{Don is a partner in Stephenson Harwood’s finance team and acts for both lenders and borrowers on a wide variety of bilateral and syndicated financings, refinancings and restructurings. He has particular expertise in receivables finance, asset-based lending, asset finance, supply chain finance and speciality finance. Prior to joining Stephenson Harwood, Don worked at Ashurst LLP and, from 2011 to 2015, he was in-house counsel to the Business Finance team at GE Capital.}
