Head of Client Relations, VTB Factoring

^{Corneliu is the Head of Client Relations at VTB Factoring, the largest provider of factoring and commercial finance in Russia and CIS. He is responsible for sales, client relations and marketing, focused on expanding the concept of SCF in the corporate’s segment. He is a Board member of the digital SCF marketplace GetFinance, launched in July 2019 by VTB Factoring in partnership with a leading Russian fintech company. Prior to his current role Corneliu worked as Commercial Director for National factoring company. He served for many years as Chairman of the legal committee of IFG and was a member of the drafting group of the Uniform rules for international factoring, a joint initiative of ICC, FCI and IFG.}
