Carmen is the Global Head of the Trade and Working Capital Optimisation and Change and Trade Bespoke Documentation team in Barclays, with over 25 years of financial experience. Carmen has a strong track record of successful delivery of continuous process and control improvement. Throughout her career she has extensively driven several projects and work streams, most recently focused on regulatory type change. In addition, she is the chair for the UK Finance IF/ABL Technical Committee, role that she has performed for the last 12 years. Carmen held several leadership roles over the years, committed to ongoing learning and ethical practice and is a great supporter of driving personal development and career progression.
