Benedicte has served as Director of Structured FI (Financial Institution) Solutions at the British Business Bank since January 2023. She leads the structuring and execution of structured guarantee solutions under the ENABLE Guarantee scheme for non-banks that enable lenders to extend credit and support to small- and medium-sized businesses across the UK. Her work directly supports the Bank’s mission to drive sustainable economic growth by improving access to capital, encouraging innovation, and increasing the diversity of finance markets across the UK. Before joining the BBB, Benedicte built a solid track record in structured finance and securitisation through roles at MUFG and Mizuho.
