^{Arif has extensive corporate experience gained globally and regionally with national and multi-national organisations such as Ducab and Unilever. His expertise include hands-on strategy formulation and execution, business and organisation restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, risk management for hedging, capital restructuring/ funding options and business turn-arounds. He worked for Unilever Group for two decades in various senior roles in finance, IT and commercial, and in various locations including South America, the UK and Pakistan. He joined Dubai Cable Company (Ducab) in 2001 and was Ducab’s CFO until March 2019 and Company Secretary and Advisor until December 2019. Arif has served on the boards of AEI Cable UK, JBK Qatar and BICC MET Bahrain. He joined Bahra Electric in August 2020 as Chief Financial Officer.}
